SURGICAL INFORMATION
If you are a current patient and have been scheduled for surgery, you can find out more about your procedure on our Surgical Information page. If your procedure isn't listed and/or you have questions about your surgery, please click on the CURRENT Patients link above, sign into the Patient Portal and send your question to our triage coordinator.

SECURE COMMUNICATION VIA THE WEB
Through our Secure Patient Portal our patients can communicate with us, request, confirm and review appointments, ask medical questions, request prescription refills and obtain lab results. The Portal should be used for non-urgent communications only. We endeavor to respond by the end of the day to all queries submitted by mid-afternoon.HOWEVER, URGENT MATTERS SHOULD BE HANDLED BY PHONE. We are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
